Who it is for

Tradespeople, shops, independent professionals, associations. You need a site that says clearly what you do, that makes people want to call you, and that does not break because an extension went un-updated.

How I work

I build static sites: plain HTML pages, with no database and no CMS to patch. It is the technique this very site uses. Pages load instantly, there is nothing to hack, and the site will still work in ten years.

With the managed site plan, you email me your changes and I take care of them. No admin interface to learn, no password to remember.

What if you would rather have WordPress or Wix

A static site is my default choice, because it is faster, safer and cheaper to look after. But it is not a religion. If you want to edit your own pages, or you already have a WordPress or Wix site you would rather keep, I will adapt and work with it. The tool should fit the way you work, not my preferences.

If you go with WordPress, I also handle the part that gives it its bad name: updates, backups and watching for vulnerabilities.

For ambitious designs

I build sites that are plain and readable. For a bespoke visual identity, or a layout that breaks the mould, I work with a professional designer. You still deal with one person — me — and the specialist comes in where it genuinely makes a difference.
